5/10 sorry :( I couldnt figure out what that picture was about. Too many elements with the trees, house, logs with no clear focus to draw the eye to.

9/ 10

That's a tough act to follow Asty80. I'd have given it a 10/10 but the fountain is just a tiny bit distracting from the Canadian Goose (?). The lighting, color, and composition are phenomenal.

Here's mine...There are a few more at the bottom of this thread:https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1294911 I can't decide which of them I liked the best so I chose this one::

7/10

I think all of the photos are cropped a little too closely and don't particularly love the square crop for these. It's a decent picture and I think this one is processed the best as the other ones in your post are a little more faded looking, while this one has a little more pop. If this were zoomed out more and you could see a little more context of the story the picture is trying to show I think it'd be much better.

Really like this one. I like the dead space on the left side as it really emphasizes the flask and makes it pop.

I also like the way you processed the smoke 9/10

I appreciate the feedback. I see what you mean about them feeling too cropped. I struggle with having the crop wide enough to not feel restricted, and yet have the subject (the revolver) large enough that you can still make out good detail.

7/10- I like the pose and the expression, I would've exposed a little more for her face and cropped it out just a touch wider, but overall I like the shot :)

6.5/10. The background is kind of harsh and definitely distracting. I'm not quite sure what the subject is. Kind of flat image. It just doesn't quite do it for me.

Here's an oldie:

6/10. Not the best perspective or crop in my opinion. Also, a split second before or after this moment would have been better as the girl's mouth is open kinda awkwardly. The tight crop doesn't let you immediately see she's at a track meet.. the people in the background are a little distracting--especially the girl on the left. Zoomed out more I think the subject would have been more clear. I usually like using rule of thirds for candids like this also.

I like this one. The green glare is a little distracting, as is the exposure of the table itself. I bestow unto thee 8.5/10.

9/10 exposure is great with very little overexposed bits in the flame. Smoke shape reminds me of a snake.

Love the simplicity, balance and colours but let down by needing a small rotate and for not cloning out the reflection of the line leading to the float 7/10

Yesterday's action:

5/10. colors are bland (mainly in the water/bg. its not a bad photo but it doesn't do much for me either. Good action shot and framing nonetheless.

6/10 I'd cut it below the windows, leaving just the brick wall, maybe the car is a bit too central in the frame

I dig the theme, your watermark is distracting though.
