Excellent shots everyone!

Here is one of my first attempts at light painting, along with a pretty rough and quick attempt at some star trails. I know it's not that great, but I thought I'd share anyways.

I would suggest bumping up your shutter to 1/1000 - 1/1250 and your action shots would look sharper. 1/400 is a little too slow for soccer.

My Dad treated us to excellent seats at Talladega today. The 7D was more than up to the challenge. I learned much and was greatly impressed.

This was shot at 90 degrees to the track surface. The car was going ~190 mph. How's that for stop motion photography?
