I sold the 85 1.8g in about 20 minutes today on FM. I could not believe how many people offered to buy it within the first 30 mins.

Cuz it's out of stock! That's on my wishlist for sure. Why did you decide to sell?

There's no doubting the D800's resolution. Congrats! :)

The D800 is better, maybe much better, than what I envisioned.

Okay, so what are sharper lenses than the 50 MP? Do "sharper" lenses exist, or only peers? A few times I wish I had a wider lens yesterday, but a 50 is a nice all-around lens that I may not even get a second lens for my trip.

You could step into some Leica APO glass. But I dont think they have much wider than what you have.

This is why the D800 scares me. I don't think I will ever afford the glass it "needs".

I got my 50 MP for $800. Not cheap, but less than 1283 new retail.

I have no idea if you "need" super, top shelf lenses, but it's kind of the reason to buy it, so...

D600 + WU-1b + DSLR Dashboard = AWESOME!!

A few months ago I bough the WU-1B wireless adapter for my D600. After downloading Nikons App for Android, I was very sorely disappointed.

Nikon's app is VERY limiting and only features a shutter, there is no adjustment to the camera settings available.

Fast forward to today. I was doing some searching and found another App, called DSLR Dashboard. After installing the app, I was blown away! EVERY CAMERA SETTING is adjustable through this app. It is simple and straight forward to use. The interface is very well thought out and simple.

My Nexus 7 will now go with me on all my photo outing as the WU-1B is an incredible addition to the D600 with this software.

Good shot! A bit of the nervous Nikon bokeh to me though

I was wondering how well the WU-1B worked...More of an app deal than the unit itself it sounds like

Oh wow! I have to get myself another wu-1b now. I returned it after being unimpressed with the original app.
