Ill take a stab at guessing , 2 photos, layered with PS on top of each other. first shot the camera was somewhere positioned low, second was the shot we see, with opacity turned down on camera and eraser utlized for the camera positioned low shot.

Yeah my self portrait is a combination of a double exposure and strategic masking. I cheated a bit- haha.
