I use pw flex's because I could never get Canon's system to work the way I wanted.

I used to use pw2 but the flex's allow me use my skyport as well.

Shall we assume you mean to fire 600ex flashes? If so, then I'd pick the st-e3 if those were the only flashes in the mix. If there were a mixture of flashes, then the PWs.
