I had to play with it for an hour but I like it now!

You must be high! LOL My biggest issues is the adding to groups and commenting like before. This new version isn't group friendly at all.

One thing I like is that images are automatically viewed on black. I look at a TON of images on flickr everyday and I have grown tiered of uploaders telling their viewers to view on black as if their viewers didn't have a mind of their own.

I left the page open for over an hour and a half and still no photostream, almost none of the links work and for the strangest reason my "k" key on my keyboard will not work on there...whats to like?

So I go from Unlimited to 1TB

You also go from paid to free. You can keep unlimited/Pro if you want though.

Just switched to free and will get a prorated refund. I have 3000 plus images and have only used 0.059% of a Terabyte.

Yes! My favorite "upgrade" as a pro account holder.

What’s the difference between a Free, Ad Free, and Doublr account?

There are three kinds of accounts to choose from at Flickr, and all of them are awesome in their own way.

Free:
1 Terabyte of photo and video storage
Upload photos of up to 200MB per photo
Upload 1080p HD videos of up to 1GB each
Video playback of up to 3 minutes each
Upload and download in full original quality

Ad Free:
$49.99 per year
All the benefits of a free account
No ads in your browsing experience

Doublr:
$499.99 per year
2 Terabytes of photo and video space
All the benefits of a free account

What's a Terabyte?
Short answer: 1 trillion bytes.

What’s a byte, you ask? All right, we’ll bite. A byte is a teensy unit of measurement for digital information, usually containing 8 bits. (One byte generally contains enough information for a single character on a computer.) Even though one byte is itty-bitty, a trillion bytes is a whole lotta space -- that's over 500,000 photos to share and enjoy in their original, brilliant quality. Snap away!

What used to be offered with a Pro account?
Flickr Pro is no longer available for purchase, but many of the Pro-only features are now part of free Flickr accounts.

Here is what you used to get with Pro:

Unlimited photo uploads (50MB per photo)
Unlimited video uploads (90 seconds max, 500MB per video)
The ability to show HD Video
Unlimited storage
Unlimited bandwidth
Archiving of high-resolution original images
The ability to replace a photo
Post any of your photos or videos in up to 60 group pools
View count and referrer statistics
Limitation of maximum image size available to others
Ad-free browsing and sharing

What do I now have with a free Flickr account?
Starting on 5/20/2013, members with free accounts on Flickr will have:

1 Terabyte of space
Upload and download in full original quality. Up to 200MB per image
Ability to create “Collections”
Post any of your photos or videos in up to 60 group pools
Limitation of maximum image size available to others

I’ve heard that Flickr Pro is no longer being offered. How does that affect me?
Starting on 5/20/2013, we will no longer be offering new Flickr Pro subscriptions. After that point, the following things will happen:

Recurring Pro users currently have the ability to renew.
Eligible Pro members have the option to switch to a Free account until 8/20/2013.
The “Gift of Pro” will no longer be available for purchase.
Pro users will no longer appear with a “Pro” badge beside their name or buddy icon.

Is there a page where I can keep track of upgrades I've purchased?
As a matter of fact, there is. Under Your Account, there's an Order History page that gives you an overview of all the upgrade-related transactions on your account.

I'm Pro, why do I see ads on Flickr?
If you are pro, we don't show you ads on Flickr, but you may have unintentionally installed a browser toolbar, extension or add-on that is serving them.

You can find information on how to check and uninstall browser extensions on the following pages:

Chrome
Firefox
Internet Explorer
Safari

Why do I see ads on Flickr?
We are thrilled to offer every Flickr member 1 Terabyte of space going forward. We are ad supported business so you will see ads on Flickr.

But behold, if you are Pro or have an ad-free account, you won't see any ads on Flickr.

If you are Pro or ad-free and still see ads, you may have unintentionally installed a browser toolbar, extension or add-on that is serving them.

You can find information on how to check and uninstall browser extensions on the following pages:

Chrome
Firefox
Internet Explorer
Safari

What happens if my Pro Account expires?
Since May 20, 2013, Pro accounts can no longer be purchased. You can enjoy unlimited storage as long as your Pro account is active. If your Pro account expires, it will revert to a free account with a storage limit of 1 Terabyte.

If you need more storage or would like to go ad-free, you can upgrade your account to one of our paid account types.

Why is Flickr Pro no longer sold in Brazil?
As of May 20, 2013, we are no longer offering Flickr Pro.

We’re currently working on making our new paid options, Ad Free and Doublr, available to our Brazilian users.

Are my photos ever deleted?
No, your photos will not be deleted, unless you do it yourself, or fail to play by our Community Guidelines.

I have an unused gift of Pro code left in my account. Can i still redeem it?
Any remaining Pro membership gifts can still be redeemed before their expiration date. If a gift code hasn't been used within 12 months of the date of purchase, we'll credit the buyer's account with the value of the gift.

Can I buy someone a gift Ad Free or Doublr account?
Not at this time.

How much space do I have on Flickr?
Depending on your Flickr account, you have a different amount of available space:

With a free Flickr account you have 1 Terabyte of space for photos and videos.
With a Doublr account you have 2 Terabytes of space for photos and videos.
With a Flickr Pro account you may use an unlimited amount of space.
Please note that the available amount of space is subject to the Yahoo! Terms of Service. To avoid abuse of our free space, we monitor accounts for excessive usage or unusual upload and behavior patterns, as our goal is to ensure that everyone has reliable access to their amazing photos and videos on Flickr.

How do I activate my gift of Pro?
Yay! It's easy! Find the activation code you received from your friend (as a gift card or in an email) and go to the Activate your Gift Code page.

If you don't have a Flickr account, we'll help you set one up.

You're not, i can't stand it also, along with 50+ pages of enraged members on the "help" forum of Flickr, a member posted a email response from Flickr about the new format and outrage, the response pretty much said "this is the new Flickr, get over it"

To have the layout with your photostream and comments below like before just click You-Photostream-Edit button's and there you go. Save it as a bookmark and it will go there each time. i feel better now. Creatures of habit we are.

I noticed that, too, but didn't think to bookmark it -- thanks! :)
