So can a free account now show more than 200 photos? If so I could care less about ads or looking at stats and will probably revert back to free...

In terms of the new layout. Overall I like to the look, but the navigation is throwing me off...

As a photographer and designer.... this layout looks MUCH better when some asks to see my work. I can easily link them to the set I want them to see, and its looks visual, as opposed to the other ugly layout. This is more modern, and what folks are use to on mobile apps.

I don't like clicking on to "Sets" and seeing that all the cover photos are greatly enlarged. They look awful that way. Why?

When I click on sets, they are not. They are small squares like normal. Maybe its some setting you have.

Hmmm . . . the cover photos on my "sets" look like they are zoomed in at about 50%. I can't see how to change that -- any tips out there?

Also, I am seeing conflicting info. on this thread. Some said that with the $50 no ad fee you get unlimited uploads, but now I am seeing that you still only get 1 TB, but no ads and you can see stats? Without unlimited uploads, I do not see a reason to pay $50/years.

Also, 1 TB -- that is apx. 500,000 jpgs? So once it fills up (eventually,) you just have to start deleting, right? Is there a way to find out how close you are to 1 TB? Someone else posted that they were less than 1%?

This is what I mean about my "Sets." The cover photos are zoomed in at about 50%. Before I could see their whole heads or upper bodies. This looks TERRIBLE.

But the previous set covers were cropped square too I believe.

Yes, but not zoomed in. The covers looked very attractive and I could always find a photo for the cover without cutting off people heads.

I'm liking it, give it time you will too, not like we have a choice either.
I already paid for a 2 year Pro, I'll just leave it alone for now.

I gotta say, if any of you are investors, Yahoo stock has been good and now appears its got a lot more room to go. Just sayin...YHOO with a single digit P/E makes it a cheap stock to own .bw!

I'd try to like it for 2 reasons...

1. things actually worked

2. a "switch to classic" button

I don't know if its still in "upgrade" mode but nothing works on mine, no photostream, no sharing, keyboard on half works in the comments

I'm torn, I like that it's black when you view pictures, but I don't like that my homepage is a jumbled mess of my activity plus my contacts, and I don't like the black on my homepage. The comments section are all towards the bottom and loading takes forever... not everyone has a fast connection speed. It's like they're trying to turn it into a social media site. I don't need nor do I want a social media site, i just want a website where I can share my photographs.

I just feel like they completely ignored long time users for the sake of more customers... but they're a business, so what should wet expect? Many people on Flickr said they were going to Ipernity, which seems very similar to the old Flickr.

Might get used to it, but don't like it as well. Don't these people believe in market research
