I guess I am late to the game with the new upcoming Adboe Cloud.

I have CS5. Where is the best place to get a legal copy of CS6. I've searched the Adobe site and can't find a reference to them still selling it.

They seem to be a bit difficult to find as Adobe have stopped selling it.
Amazon had a few the other day but they are probably sold out now.

Some people are reporting that you can still get CS6 by calling Adobe directly. See this thread: http://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/1211526 (external link)

I got mine from Amazon on the 6th of this month. It was a digital download. It's still available.

I read you can go to the website, find the full version, go to buy it, there's a drop down to get the upgrade somewhere in there.

They made it a pretty frustrating process but I was able to find a Buy button for CS on the Adobe site:

https://www.adobe.com …ativesuite6.html?start=10 (external link)

No idea if it still works though (I bought my copy of CS6 a few months ago).

Bobs link above appears to work fine. Or, you can call them (Call to place an order in United States and Canada: 1-800-585-0774 Monday–Friday, 5am to 7pm Pacific Time) and they will sell a full or upgraded version via email download. You can also use the alternate download method to save the installation files to DVD.

Regards,
Steve

Star Jack ... what is this "Alternate Download" method you talk about. Is that something off the Adobe site or something I will have to do on my end on my computer?

Unless you're getting a great buy on CS6...I would really consider going with the C&C route. I know and I'm hating myself for suggesting it.
If there is any way for OP to go the educational version direction, I would jump on it. ;)

Not sure where you are located. but I've been at a couple of different Best Buys stores over the last week and each one had at least 8-10 copies of CS6. So I'd try there. Or a place similar

Have you bought from this site? I'd be checking with Adobe to see if they're an approved reseller before giving them your cc info :)
