Known as a "pinch collar". Does no harm as long as the dog doesn't pull while on a leash/lead and soon teaches them not to pull or lunge at other animals. 5DMk4, 16-35 f4L IS, 24-105 f4 L IS, Sigma 35 f1.4 ART, Sigma 50 f1.4 ART, Sigma 70-200 f2.8 OS, Sigma 1.4 and 2x converters, Lightroom CC.

He didn't have any training when he was younger and is very stubborn in his old age. Because he is very aggressive with other dogs, we have to have a way to control him and hopefully teach him at the same time to not be aggressive. Sadly when a regular collar is on, he will just pull and try to be the leader, yet once this collar goes on he is in a different mind set from the get go. The only time he doesn't behave even when this collar is on, is when another dog comes around. The only time this collar is used is when we take him out in public, the rest of the time a simple dog collar with his tag is used.

While I dislike collars like that; it's better than the dog going after someone in public. [6D]

I would expect a dane to have much longer legs. I do so love them with natural shaped ears. If you can list all your gear in your sig line, you don't have enough stuff.
