I am so close to buying this it looks awesome. I wonder if it rolls around on all terrain easily as it appears in it should. The Multi Rolly looks fantastic and right up my alley.

I would love to hear any feedback. I assume when traveling one could always check this item as baggage. It looks like it folds flat.

Get a cheap lightweight foldable golf bag cart and make a box or use a bucket on the base for a whole lot less money.

It will have a wider wheel base for stability and wider tires for ease of rolling on rough or soft terrain.

That cart might not work on the beach, wheels appear to be way too narrow. Here in SW Florida we do a lot of beach shoots. I use the extra wide wheel version of the Tommy Bahama Beach Cart. The cart will easily hold Alien Bees, stands, reflectors and camera gear.

I just saw one at Costco today for $48.99. It looks like this one here:

I grabbed it plus 2 chairs. it looks like it should do the trick for hauling around my stuff on less than ideal terrain. For the price i could not beat it. Thanks for the idea!:)

I grabbed 2 of these chairs too. they were $25.00 each at Costco!

you could always save some money and get a garden cart, of course that depends on what kind of vehicle you drive as they don't fold up. . .

I bought two of those from BJ's several years ago. They work quite well at the beach and so far have held up reasonably well. Highly recommended.

Space in my vehicle is not the problem I wanted something light that would fold up to be very compact for easy transport. The photo gear is heavy enough. LOL That was my attraction to the beach rolly to start with.

I just put the whole thing together ( you just have to put the wheels on ) And tested it out. I can get my tamrac 698 roller bag, Urban Disguise 70ProV2, and a glass limo or glass taxi on this and easily roll it around. I think this is going to work out well. Also there is a side umbrella pocket that will be perfect for a tripod.:)

Cool. This is what this person uses. An SB5000 Super Personal Equipment Transport System :D It is at about the 3 minutes into the video. I like this video even though it is a little dated.

Looks pretty good for the price. I'm not so sure about the plastic wheels. Personally I'd prefer rubber inflatable. You can under pressure them a bit and they act as shock absorbers but then the price goes up.

I agree but the gear is in padded bags so really the vibration from rolling is really non existent. The more expensive Beach Rolly has inflatable wheels and more accessory options but really for the price and functionality and the ability to fold flat securely the Tommy Bahama beach cart is a bargain especially at the Costco price. Since someone else who posted above is already using it for the same purpose I figured it was worth a try. I like the cooler attachment that comes with it too. That could be used for gear too if necessary. It also detaches and is held on by reinforced metal grommets.

Exactly. It is not like you are going off roading at high speed :D Being a cottager and doing a lot of back country travel it just came to mind. A good price for that unit.
