I decided to take a trip down to the LeMay Auto Museum today and figured I would bring my camera! Now, I don't normally shoot cars, but I thought this one was pretty cool and unique so I figured I would share! :) From a technical standpoint, these aren't anything spectacular, but i hope you enjoy!

Nice shots! It's a great car museum. I've been twice. The driving simulators are a must do.

Thanks! This was my second time going, last year I took my father and soon to be father in law for Fathers Day. It was fun then too! :) I've noticed shooting in there can be tricky at times because of the lighting.. I'll have to try the simulators next time I go, they do look fun! :)

I LIKE IT and the photos are quite good considering the challenges. Well done.

Thanks! I appreciate the comment! I walked around that damn thing a few times trying to figure out the best angle to shoot from, the thing was that they had so many lights on it you couldn't really get away from the hotspots on the body.. :(

It's not an easy place to photograph but the light is very good there. It's the backgrounds and ceiling lights or dull background on some of the garage style floors that really takes away from what could have been a much better photographic opportunity. Still you can't go to a place like that and leave the camera at home. One of the best shots I took was the front at night. https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net …33491384_1457601899_o.jpg (external link)

I'll frame it better next time. Took this as we rushed to the car.

That main level, they were building a stage today, so about half the Top floor was bare without cars. I'm not sure if they're gearing up for something special or what the case is, haven't checked the website. It's a very nice building, but like you said, some tricky situations in there!

Here's a link to the flickr set that I took last year, different cars with a different camera (1Dc then). http://www.flickr.com …o/sets/72157630167137412/ (external link)

Thanks, but there's really no need. I was just curious as to what made it so special to be included.
