So I lost my hard drive and everything on it, I had made a slide show of all the photos, so my question is, is there a way to capture the pictures from the slide show, without losing quality? The programs used was memories on TV, and the iMac video program any assistance would greatly be appreciated

I just had two of my drive recovered by Drive Crash in Irvine, CA. NOT cheap but, for the past 12 years of image across both drive, well worth it.

What happened to the drive?

As for your retrieval end, not sure if you can maybe screen shots then try to enlarge them but I doubt you might be able to get the full Hi Res images used off of the final output file, maybe if you had the file create by memories on TV to create the initial slide show.

When you make a slide show the whole thing is usually rendered by the software so there are no image files to recover. Screen shots of them are probably the best you'll get.
