Friday night/Saturday morning there was an incredible aurora show that spilled down all the way into the midwestern states. It was a bit of a surprise, as there wasn't any CME or significant solar wind to ignite them, but I saw the Bz spike south to around -20 and I was out the door! I shot these images from central Iowa.
