10/10 great work on keeping the subject in focus especially at macro distances like that. Very impressive

This is my first foray into trying to be a strobist. I did the manual bounce the flash off the ceiling shutter speed at max sync (1/250th) and adjust f-stop for DoF

9.5/10. I can't think of any way I would improve upon this shot...maybe even better composition... Great composition, great colors. Great detail in the shadows.

I like the shot. Lovely detail and focus on the dog's eyes. I find the BG a little distracting so 8/10

Staying with the pets theme:

6/10. While it's nice and sharp with nice bokeh it could use tighter crop. There is to much fore ground and the subject is right in the middle of the screen.

Here is mine.

Very Nice, 8/10 I like how smooth the hills in the back appear, and the colors. I find the dark shadows from the cluster of trees in the lower left hand corner a bit distracting.

7/10 - Nice depth of field, I would have removed the cat hairs on the chair (either before the photo or in photoshop).

8/10 love the colours and how the water droplets are sharp. I wish the DoF was a bit wider though so the whole headlight was sharp

^Lovely photo, I really like the whole sceene, the only thing I think it could benifit from is maybe a little bit tighter of a crop 9/10

I'll keep with the same theme. A quick shot of my friend and his wife, I'm thinking I might boost the saturation a bit more... thoughts?
