I finally decided to make the switch. I just feel that Nikon is headed in the direction that suites my needs better.

I jut purchased a D800E, remote shutter release, Kirk L bracket, Nikon 14-24mm f2.8 and Nikon 24-120mm f4 VR to get things started. I really can't wait to start shooting with the D800E / 14-24 combo.
