Took this on a recent visit. 5DII, 24mm TSE-II, 9 stop ND filter to blur the moving ice. Any comments? Thanks :D

Interesting effect of the ice moving, that's for sure. :) Reminds me that I need to save more rather than spend on camera gear so that I can visit this beautiful country!

Really nice, Paul. Would like to see a fast shutter speed capture for comparison, as I'm not sure the blur add a lot to this great composition.

Thanks for the comments! I'm trying to get away from pure "record-type" shots and I've been trying to introduce an element of "movement" into my photos. The flow of water was quite quick in the lagoon on this particular morning which meant that the bergs were really zipping along! The original, when printed to 11"x11", has a pleasing effect (to my eye!). Sorry but don't have a "regular" shot to compare with this one but thanks for the feedback.

January? Now that's hardcore :D
I've been fortunate enough to visit Iceland four times and the most rewarding re: photography has been in the Winter months - but the "earliest" I've been there is early March. January is a "must" for me too!
If you've never visited there before and want some advice. etc feel free to pm me.
