one day I will get a shot of someone being chased by an animal. I waited, watching all the people running up..but no luck today...I thought I had it when the girl with the iphone literally ran up to within 30 ft and a dog in a car barked right behind her..I guess she lives to see another day..

Me too - seriously. Several times in Yellowstone I have thought 'this is it, this is where I get to photograph someone being ripped apart by a bison', but alas it hasn't happened yet.

This was perhaps my closest moment. Bison with calves and the males snorting and ripping up dirt + oblivious tourists. I call the second shot 'oblivious'. Yes it was shot with a telephoto, but the lady really is just 10ft or so from the crossing bison.

This idiot learned the hard way, but at least it looks like he got up.

I know RRS makes quality items, but to me this looks like it has too many points for it to flex and let the camera; lens shake/move.

This was at a recent airshow, so I assume he was doing video of taxiing aircraft, as surely it would be restrictive trying to follow planes in the sky?? I have never used anything like that so it's just my take on it. It does seem to be able to move in quite a few directions though!
