I think there needs to be a clarification on what O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and 3rd Party (Knockoff) when it comes to accessories.

Wikipedia definition of OEM is as follow:
"An original equipment manufacturer, or OEM, manufactures products or components that are purchased by another company and retailed under that purchasing company's brand name.[1] OEM refers to the company that originally manufactured the product. When referring to automotive parts, OEM designates a replacement part made by the manufacturer of the original part.[2]"

So if you are listing a camera battery and it is not branded as Canon (came in Canon branded packaging) then it should not be listed as OEM.

Everything else is either knockoff or 3rd party and should be listed as such.

I hope this is added to the rules of buy and sell.

Well since it applies to people putting OEM for generic accessories while selling the item, I thought it would be appropriate to add it here.

Mr Patrick wants to make 1st payment us in form of U.S money orders which is not a general means of payment accepted at the banks here in Nigeria,so i told him i would get back to him on that as i did not want to refuse his means of payment in other not to loose the job. and i know his a very buzzy man who wont go out of his way to make payment to me via western union.
In other words im asking if Mr Patrick can make my payment and yours in your name, when you receive the money oders, cash them @ your bank, deduct your $500 part payment and send the balance to me via western union money transfer,
