Hey,

I searched but couldn't find a thread that is strictly for high ISO shots, above 3200? Might as well start one up, would be a great reference thread for ISO performance :D

Rules:

Must be over 3200 ISO
State your camera model
State your lens model
Any other information that is relevant would be great - like if NR was applied or any other processing?

I'll start with these shots :)

Canon 6D with 24-105mm ƒ4L USM, 1/200, ƒ/4, ISO 3200, 105 mm NR applied in LR5 - luminosity 40, colour 40

Interesting thread Mikey, I'll have to go for a dig through my drives for some high ISO shots.
Also, the sky pic you took is with your 6D and the 10-22mm lens. I thought EFS lenses don't fit on full frames. Doesn't the mirror hit the back element/ protrusion?

high ISO shots, above 3200?

For the record I don't consider it high iso anymore untill i'm over 6400.

Everything less than that is normal.

Heres are a few shots from Disney World.. Both taken from moving train rides in near darkness, I had to bump up the ISO for a decent shutter speed on these moving rides in the dark but usually ISO 12,800 is enough.
