That must have been very interesting to watch and photograph Lester.
They are certainly pretty birds and your captures did a great job of illustrating the gender differences. The 2 images of him leaving the nest are exceptional.
The male is obviously more colorful, but you have to give the female credit as she certainly brought back bigger prey for her babies :)
