^I love that "setup" photo Gene (the windmill photos turned out very nice as well)!

Some architecture with the TS-E 17mm f/4L (the WonderPana CPL was used to suppress reflections):

Thanks David. That says a lot about the conditions I was trying to shoot in when my car shot is probably the best one I got all day.

Beautiful colors on your photos and great detail too. You always manage to find pretty interesting buildings to shoot.

Can a 7D, 60D or a 1000D take a shot at 6400 ISO with no noise reduction?

Getting set up to shoot the 'super moon'. Using the car as a wind break and tripod low and wide plus extra weight of camera bag as an anchor. I was using my 300 f2.8+ 1.4 extender.

I see your's is white (to the immediate left of the camera and tripod in pic). I call mine a "camera accessory" since it allows me to cheaply travel to places I might not have before. And compared to it, the white lenses are relatively less expensive. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

Did you get a good Super Moon?

:D I suppose you could say my Prius is one big camera case too. I recently returned from a round trip drive from So. Cal. to Pennsylvania, just over 6,000 miles and averaged 44 mpg. I've been over some pretty rough roads with it but sometimes I wish I had my old Jeep CJ5 too.

Because of the high winds and clouds, this is about the best super moon shot I was able to get:

I still don't see the point of your previous statement. (And I'm a 7D owner too.)

What does it matter that other cameras can take similar photos? What's your point?
