Full US warranty?
As long as it says Canon you don't need warranty. They build their camers like tanks. Last forever

I've sent a Rebel to them at least 3 times, a flash twice, and several different lenses once each. Bad luck? Perhaps. But with the warranty I was only out one-way shipping rather than hundreds of dollars in repairs plus shipping. Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here

I have American Express, and they are amazing when it comes to backing me up. I've been a customer for twenty years (not sure if that has anything to do with it), but they've helped me many times. I bought a Nikon D7000, and a couple months later scratched the lens while trying to get too close to a bear in the zoo (scratched the lens on the bars). I called them and they replaced it, no questions asked. Thank you.
