I use the 60D mainly as my secondary camera for races and the like, and I've gotta say, even though it doesn't have the AF capabilities of my 7D, it sometimes surprises me just how good it is!

With instant savings bringing the price of this camera down to $599 I see a lot of people joining this thread soon. Also I see used prices plummeting.

Fantastic shot ready2go, I love shooting fireworks too, and the addition of the farris wheel and light trails from the cars is nice. Lots going on in the picture.

Thanks for noticing the light trails. I didn't know if you can tell that the view was from across the highway and the light trails came from the cars. =)

I just realized that also explains the weird banding on the wheel, I was a little confused by that before.
