Wow, 6D sensor is really good.

Not the right camera for me, but I am impressed.

You prefer crop?

The frog in my back yard finally sat still long enough for me to get the 6D... and change lenses multiple times :) Usually he hops away after a shot or two from my EOS M.

EF 75-300III @F/5.6. This is definitely my weakest lens optically, but the reach is super useful at times and it can still produce some decent shots, I'll definitely have to get a better telephoto sometime soon though...

Hellooooooo all!
Just got the 6D!!! I ordered it from the DigitalRev site and from Hong Kong to Preston, UK it made 3 days, pretty fast with DHL, I highly recommend it!

Coming from a aps-c Sony a230 the difference is... WOW! :)) Shooting timelapses and low light and startrails, I felt really let down by the sony sensor and now I can rely on great IQ and high iso performance!

The wait was unbearable but i kept myself busy looking through all 260+ pages of your photos! :)) I read the manual, the wifi manual, installed all software and i forgot one minor thing... i maxed out my budget and had no lenses for my new 6d body! :)) I borrowed a nifty fifty from a friend though. Im looking into buying the 17-40 and the 35 f/2. As you see in my sig i'm a big fan of samyang, and wish to get the 24mm 1.4, the MF doesnt bother me at all EXCEPT when i saw how quick and easy it is to focus in low light with the 50mm... now im on the edge!

Dont have any samples yet, good samples i mean, just test shots at iso12800 and over, to post but you'll be seeing a lot of me on this thread from now on!

Got my 6D yesterday, so stocked! The ISO performance is very impressive when compared to my 5Dc :D Just testing still, going to do soon some serious photo shoot with it.

one of the nice things about how small and light the 6D is? we can take food shots like this handheld without an aerial crane lol... i was tickled pink today at lunch at how perfectly the pizza was framed XD

Did you have to pay import duties and VAT?

A friend bought a 5D3 from Camerainthepost and they paid it, but they're slightly more expensive than DigitalRev.

Also got my 6D from DigitalRev, sent to the UK, and they paid all duties and taxes; I simply paid the price on the website.
