it was the maxilite
Nothing is suppose to be soft in an image like this

I made the light source smaller by moving it back further. The bigger the light source to the subject the softer the light (more wrap). Smaller the light source to the subject the harsher the light (like the sun).

Good image the shoulder is a little bright and cause my eye to go straight to it.

I dunno Scott... my eyes went right to her face. It's more prominent, and grabbed my attention more than her shoulder.
