You did an outstanding job holding focus as the bird went behind the grass. Very nice shot. What you have here is a juvenile Little Blue Heron, Snowy Egret have black legs, yellow feet and a solid black bill. This bird is just beginning to get its adult color which is visible at the tips of its primary flight feathers.

I didn't even look at the legs. I thought, "small + white = snowy," and that was that. Thanx for the correction.
