Were you locked in a cave? I had about 4 different shows around me from the top of a parking garage in Brentwood. Surely Dallas has more.

You may have seen this on another thread or two...decided to go through some older shots and edit a few, thought this one turned out nice.

seems to me that optimizing your site for viewing with a 15" or 19" would be best

What do you use for post?

Erm, iPhoto. :o

Of course, your question assumes I even know anything about the topic, which I don't. I play with the sliders some to see what happens, or occasionally click the "enhance" button (and usually quickly select Undo immediately afterwards), but it's time-consuming. I don't understand what I'm doing. Nor do I even really understand people who have a workflow that automatically applies X, Y, and Z to each picture. Every photo is different; how can that work?

Heck, I haven't decided between Aperture or Lightroom! And I don't even have a good basis for making the decision.

Sorry if I sound a bit rant-ish, but so far, "post" has been a lot of trial and mostly error for me.

That said, I do need to learn it and figure out how to get started.

Lightroom 5 would be a great choice...not too expensive and very user friendly.
