Gear: Canon 60D and various lenses
Problem: I recently turned on the "enable AF point display." I look through the view finder to choose my point of focus, using the red square, and take my picture. When I review the image the red square is always above where I placed it through the viewfinder. For example: I place the red square on the iris and upon review the red square indicator will show as if I focused on the top of the eye lid.
To further test this I put the body on a tripod, shot tethered using the eos utility software (for some reason lightroom 4 will not recognize my camera), used ample light, and aimed at a line on a sheet of paper. Every time it showed as if my point of focus was above the line. I tried with multiple lenses all with the same result.
Has anyone heard of this? Any solutions?
