Get that flash off camera.

Focus on the basics before getting too creative with the post processing.

I used the flash because the photos were taken at night and I couldn't get something good with the existing lighting, plus I had a lot of noise... Is their something that I could do?

Besides the last one, I only did the basics with some darkening on the background... Is there something too much?

I do not have much experience at portrait shots, but the last two look to me like passport photos. Is it possible to position the model in a more interesting pose, maybe with a more interesting background?
