Nice job. But the non-horizontal horizon bugs me... Will you take 8/10?

lol, no consensus on getting that shot horizontal :) I agree it looks awkward with the dock angle vs. the light reflections. If you look at just the over-water dock section (cropping with my fingers), it looks level. I think maybe a better composition would be to move further to the left to get the dock to be at a larger angle in the composition, then it won't be fighting with a real horizontal arrangement.

Cool shot with great scenery. :) Nothing that I can see that's "technically" wrong. Just wish the mountain wasn't as hazy as it is. 8/10

I give that a 7/10 nice image but the slightly brighter bit of light on the top left is a bit distracting

Beautiful light, that one single strand of grass across the shirt is a bit distracting. either needs more or less, the one for some reason bugs me. Still 9/10 imho

Nice choice on the desaturation. Absolutely love the post processing, especially the straightening of the architecture -- I don't imagine that was too simple. I guess I'm hoping for a bit more interest from composition, as right now the nearest corner of the building is dominating the image, and isn't that interesting. 8.5/10

Scout summer camp in the Davis Mountains of Texas. Surprised to have a week with rain every day out in the desert!

7/10 love the moving flag though the light is very flat and doesn't pop out much.

7/10 - Wow I gave you a high score for creativity. The only thing that bugs me a bit is how light the rest of the photo is. I would like to see the trees/grass pop with more color. And maybe try putting the two people in without the ghost effect as they get closer together. Just a thought!

I think this shot had better potential... I would've liked to see a shorter DOF with crisp details at their eyes. Though, their expressions are awesome. Would you take a 6/10?

Here's my first real attempt at insect photography using a 1996 Nikor 105mm AF micro lens attached to my 40D using a converter.

Not a fan of subject but it's a well executed macro. 6.5/10

The color contrasts are nice, but I think a bit tighter crop left/right would help as there's just too much muddy bank with random roots. Perhaps play with the cool vs warm colors more. 7/10
