They seem to have good feedback but how is it even possible for them to sell them for nearly $1k less than all other retailers?

their feedback has slipped in the last 6 mths but I have purchased from them on several transactions and all went well and you saved bucks, earned ebay bucks, and no taxes.

Sorely tempted to purchase one. It's only $200 more than a refurb through CLP, which is what I'm planning to do in another 2 months. What to do....

would you have to pay tax on the refurb one?

Good luck. Give us your opinion about the camera and the seller when you receive it.

Yeah, that's a big selling point and probably why I'm going to hold off.

I'm in MA and I don't think I would have to pay tax. I should know but I don't.

I wish I could sell my 1800 best buy store credit - I would of have pull the trigger in a minute.

eBay now sides with the buyes, so I wouldn't mind it to much.

Hopefully you'll get all of the parts that should come with a new camera. Most of the time, things come out fine with Big Value...but last Christmas, 5 or 6 POTN members got screwed over by Big Value. They received cameras that were missing things such as the battery or the eye-piece. And in one case, someone received a used camera that had a few hundred clicks on it and a dirty sensor.

Best of luck -- let us know how it goes!

I got in on the black friday 5D3's from bigvalueinc at a little lower than this price, more than happy with mine but their batch later in the year apparently had some issues with missing warranty cards/etc.

As a note, they are not authorized dealers. They are also known to not include warranty cards or sell kit pieces separately without stating it. Like the camera is for sale but they could of taken the Lena out and give you the kit without lens rather than body only packaging.
