Was bored last weekend, so I decided to go get a shot of the lighthouse from a side I have not shot it from before.

This was shot about an hour and 15 minutes after sunset. A very simple composition, with some cool light. I really like how the moon is providing just the right amount of backlight on the seaweed in the foreground.

Enjoy

Robert,
Really nice image. Love the light and foreground, and the depth of the overall image. If that fence wasn't there this would be a killer shot.

Bottom line you did an outstanding job capturing this lighthouse. I really like it. Well done!

Great shot Robert! I'm due for another trip over there as that location is great. I really wish they'd just take down that fence though!

Really nice Robert. The last time I went down to shoot it they had i closed for renovation after the city took over.
