I believe this is the lowest it has been since launch.

Might have been a mistake, now it says "price not yet available."

Still says $140 for me.

Damn it. I had emailed an Adorama rep about matching the price, and was told they'd have to check with Adobe and get back to me.

So, I'm thinking Adobe got wind of the B&H price and is disallowing it.

My theory, anyway. :(

I should have jumped on it from B&H

Ya, B&H might have gotten blackballed into going back to MSRP for now.

Nice! Download or boxed? Is it a personal (just for you) code?

I got that mail 30% off LR5 too. Both for boxed and download.

The coupon code can be used for either boxed or download and it's tied to my individual account. These are the terms:

Please Note: Qualifying order must be placed on Newegg.com between 12:01 am PT (Pacific Time) on July 22, 2013 and 11:59 pm PT on July 29, 2013. This coupon code is non-transferable and may only be redeemed using the Newegg.com account attached to this e-mail address. This code may not be redeemed for cash or credited into your account for future use. Any order making use of this code is also subject to all terms and conditions set forth in Newegg's standard Policy and Agreement.

I bought LR4 from Newegg during a deal in May so maybe that's why I received the targeted offer. I don't need it though, because I qualified for the free upgrade to LR5 from Adobe.

That will have been a targeted email to previous purchasers of LR4
