I think my father took me back when I was a young kid (maybe 5 or 6?) and I am only about an hour and a half away. Maybe I will have to check it out in the next year or two.

I live in Milwaukee as well. Went last year for the 1st time with my kids and dad. It was a great time.

It would be interesting to see if anyone is using the 200-400 there.
I'd love to see some aviation or motorsport shots from the lens.

Could guarantee it if Canon hadn't been replaced by Nikon as the "official" camera at Osh. :(

Will there be any large commercial aircraft this year?

I don't think I've heard of anything scheduled. Normally they make a pretty big deal out of it when they do come.

Doesn't sounds like too many POTN-ers are going this year, but for those that are coming do we want to try to meet up some time? Would be fun to get to meet some of you fine folks.

Looks like you're flying into the fly in. Lucky dog. I will most likely be at EAA on August 2nd and 3rd.

I'll be kind of all over the place from Sunday to Sunday.

Got my logo embroidered across the shoulders of my vest so if you see Crosswind Images flash by, grab me and say Hi... :D

Don't hit me if you feel it was inappropriate. I've screen captured this as proof of your request.

I will look forward to meeting you there. I'll probably be wearing my Chet shirt.

Find someone who's using the 200-400. Borrow the lens (be polite about it) and take some test shots, then post here.

I may get my mitts on one for a day. ;)

I have friends in high Canon places.
