Get in closer, but now you can only crop in. You're too far away from the action.

Other than the foot (looks weird) I really like the photo.

For some reason, my eyes are drawn to the houses in the background. Not sure why compositionally.
Should be relatively easy to get rid of them. I agree with the comment about the foot, especially with the straight leg under the dress, I don't think I've ever seen a bride's leg that straight in a dip. The tree pressing on the groom's back is also visually distracting.

I don't agree with the get closer, in fact I wish there was more room so the crop could help draw more attention to the couple. I'd also dim down the bright cloud at the right edge of the sky. It's inconsistent with the rest of the sky.

I think it's perfect. If you got rid of the foot it would look like she is leg/footless. My eye went straight to the beautiful white dress. Good job!:D

Great photo, Bryan. I really like how the veil especially pops against the background.

In terms of critique, I feel like it's a little foreground heavy--there's maybe a little too much emptiness there for my taste. I also feel like aside from the cool clouds, the background could probably have been handled a little better (I agree with the comment above about the bush crowding the groom's back).

I would have backed up and compressed the scene a little by shooting longer (100mm-150mm) and from a lower position so that their heads were placed higher up into the sky.

I think the couple should be a little more to the left and it's a shame that the veil got cut off on the right. I'd maybe light up the groom's face a bit also.

I think the advice to "move in closer" misses the point of the picture. If you moved in closer, you would miss out on that really dramatic sky which adds a ton to the picture! I would, indeed, try to get rid of the houses, but they don't bother me too much. The foot looks like a foot... I'm glad she has one. If anything I'd try to bump the exposure, a bit, then do an ever-so-subtle shadow burn to the clouds, to keep them dark and dramatic. Beautiful shot!

I beg to differ.

Great photograph!

I'm not bothered by the foot, nor the angle of view. I would prefer the couple to be more to the left of the frame, the right side of the sky darkened, and that green growth on the groom's back surgically removed.
