I have a doubt

how many times you use the Hood with TS-E 24??

Never. But I wish I'd been using it in Boston last week when my lens got damaged bumping against some concrete. Wouldn't have been hurt if I'd had the hood attached.

This is some quality architecture photography - fantastic use of the lens.

Personally speaking, not one single time.

I forgot it actually came with a hood until I read this, it must still be in the box. I dont even use the lens cap. Instead I have one of those neoprene caps that slip over the end as I like to keep my lee adapter ring attached all the time and the lens cap is not compatible with it. It was this one I think - http://www.wexphotographic.com …-cap-large-black/p1019929 (external link)

Rented the lens to 1. Shoot a Building we are finishing up construction on (not in the pic) and 2. to see how to work one of these.

Not the best but still fun

Thanks for posting the link, I'll have to pick one of those up. I didn't think of these as way of keeping the adapter on all the time, its a pain having to take it on and off!

Cheers,

Cheers,

Especially when its freezing cold and you are trying to thread it on and off in a hurry.

Just double check what size you need. I linked to the large one but cant remember what size I bought to fit over the lens witht the adapter attached

Always a mix, a very versatile lens. I shoot it as a 24 a 17 a 14 with and without tilt.

This too. The above shot was shift only but I only used 1.5 frames. The options are endless with this lens
