the quality of the images is low, what service did you use to upload them? i see lots of artifacts...

Yes they look terrible. I did use Attachments.. Manage Attachments and upload from PC, maybe because I use value 3 when I save jpg in photoshop

Others can comment but I try and use 8. Generally my image size is 1024 or less on longest side for web posting. That usually gives me a manageable file size.

file, save for web in photoshop then slide the quality slider down till your less than 150kb is how I do it.
