Elinchrom Ranger RX Speed AS with a/head shot through a 7' octabank at full power (1100w/s) I also shoot with a 3 stop nd and a polarizer. The octabank is just outside the frame 6-10ft from the subject to camera right

Most look really good, but she does not look completely comfortable in some of the poses. #6 is the clear stand out for me. The pose, DOF, and lighting all come together to really make this one pop.

Focus is an issue. You've missed it on almost all of them.

Love the lighting.

I would have liked to see these earlier in the day, when the sun was higher to have a more interesting background. It's too dark for my liking.

YMMV

Thanks, she hasn't really posed for a swimsuit photo before and it doesn't help that i haven't shot anything like this before. So I need to work on my posing which should help make allow the subject to be more comfortable!

I dont disagree, this was my first opportunity to shoot swimwear so i worked with what i had! Next shoot will be before the sun is set

It's back focused. Just like most of the shots. The bottom left one is the only one that you nailed focus on the eyes.

Kind of picking the nits, but I agree, focus is off in most of them.

Still some fun shots.

A little sharpening will fix it :)

Check some shots without the ND/CPL, it could have just been the low light that was throwing the focus off. Otherwise, have a look at AFMA.
