Did you try the "twitter75" code? That should have gotten you a $75 GreenToe rebate since you spent more that $1000. You should email Andrew and see if they'll rebate you another $25 on that with the "twitter75" code. Either way you got a smoking deal...

How sharp is f2.8? I keep going back and forth between the Tamron and the 24-70 II.

Read the reviews. And consider that it has image stabilization and that it's just over half the price if you shop around. To me, the Tamron is a no brainer.

Were you successful? If so what was the accepted bid. Or rejected bid?

I put in an offer of $725 for the Sigma 35. Greentoe contacted me and said that a dealer would take $780 for it, but I turned it down. Good price though.

You can use the coupon codes to drop it to $730. Not too bad!
