I still ended up 19th in the postings and I haven't been around much!

Will look for a decent, unseen summery photo later to post up in the new thread.

"What filters did you get? Some sort of 10x ND?"

Anke...Got a Cokin ND Grad kit and added a 10xND and a 7xND. My partner suggested we take a trip out to the coast for the evening and acted as assistant while I tried to learn how to use them bless her! it was all down to her that I took the plunge into this kind of shooting anyway as she saw (and bought) a picture while on holiday and reckoned I could do better!!! Seems I have not only found a soul mate in Nicki but she is an inspiration as well as she positively encourages me to get out and shoot. :D:D:D

The wife had a glass of wine and booked a city break to Zagreb. Looking to only take hand-luggage so need one of those wheelie bags. Was hoping to secure some gear inside amongst the clothes. Although looking at BA's website it looks like I can carry a man bag too, and I've been really eyeing up one of these:

Some new pics of our adoptee back at the end of May, Maisie, who is now loving the garden. She is a different cat now from when we first got her, her progress has been amazing.

First pic is one of her first trips into the garden during the second week of July (her adventures out were delayed slightly for various reasons) and the rest were taken at the weekend. She seems to quite like her photo being taken so hopefully I can continue to get some nice pics of her. My previous cat always walked away from the camera lol.
