Apologise for not getting back to you sooner, me and the camera have fallen out of love somewhat and its now sulking in its bag

I did all the processing in LR5 and Nik Color Efex, I just played about with various filters and split toning in LR5 while using an image of the original poster as a reference, when I was happy with the overall tone, I added lots of clarity, detail extraction and contrast in Color Efex

Lots of trial and error involved and I just made it up as I went along
