Thanks Mark. IQ is really important as is ISO handling and for that i'm drawn to the 5, BUT.........while I cant run to a 1DX, I like the idea of a 1 series.

Think I'll look at the specs on a 1D4 and see if it does everything I need.

the 1D4 will do everything you need and more its a great camera, its a hard choice you have there fella, but a nice problem to have

OK. Just seen that the 1D4 does NOT do multi-exposure (something I REALLY want to play with) so a 5d3 it is then!

Anyone in the market for a one year old, imaculate 7D?

you could ask Andy (Kystron) as he might do a swap with you as I don't think he's very happy with his 5d3 and preferred his 7D for motorsport

17 . . . . wow! 'almost' legal ;-)a

Sorry if this offends but I have to share:

It's official - I'm going straight to hell, no stopping on the way, an express trip all the way - why?. . . .

As I came in from work I noticed 2 Jehovah's doing the door to door thing and heading my way. Sure enough 10 minutes later the doorbell rings, rings again and then again grrrrr so I open the door:

me: "hi sorry my husband isn't home yet"

1st J: blank stare and very long silence. . . . .

me: "I take it your here for the oral sex and multiple orgasm's?"

Both - turn around and walk away without even saying goodbye.

No I don't know why I said it, told Cory when she came in and I can still hear her chuckling downstairs now. As I said - Me - I'm off to hell lol

.DAVID.

Oh you wicked, naughty man  They were only trying to help you ;) But what you posted makes me think of what many of the comedians on 'Live at the Apollo' might have said ;) NB Possibly John Bishop or Rhod Gilbert ???

Not just motorsport, cycling as well. Canon have a different understanding of the instant to me !

Anyway, I kept the 7D works fine and I'll wait for the 7D Mk2.
I been busy to day, as I've got a new toy :D

I'm already thinking about going to Knole soon, but Richmond sounds good.
