Man, I love 400H. So creamy and rich. Not quite the shadow speed of Portra 400, but in some ways it's more flattering for portraits.

Thanks guys! Here's the rest of that session. These are a mix of Portra 160 and Ektar. Mamiya 645AFD.

Some wonderful shots on this thread because of which I very recently bought my first Canon film SLR (EOS 30) and had some very old Ilford Delta lying around from when I last contemplated shooting film. Here's one I took using said film and camera.

***off topic but here it goes! for canon ae 1 users, the foam near the mount has finally quit and I managed to remove it without sticking to the focusing screen. Is it worth to replace it? what are the downsides by not having it replaced? (light leaking in the shots?)

thanks!

A few from last week in NYC (external link).

Portra 400, shot at EI800 on my Leica M6, pushed 1 stop using the Tetenal C-41 Press Kit.

Really good colors on this page. Can't get them like this from local Walmart or with my C-41 kit.
Well, enjoying inexpensive Polypan F bulk film, cheap FSU FED 50 3.5 lens and my first Leica (very affordable "user" IIf)

Nice tones, here.

Re: C-41 colours, I'm not sure if I posted this, but here's a video (external link) I made describing my scanning and colour correction process for C-41 film (all of which I develop at home).
