Scuff Senior Member ![]() More info | All of the shots rprocessed with ligtroom and Silver Efex Pro 2. Much Wenlock Priory. This image was produced by combining 3 images and importing them into photoshop to produce an HDR colour image. Back to lightroom and after some dodging and burning, the image was edited in Silver Effex Pro for the final mono conversion. Canon 1Dx and Canon TS-E 24mm f3.5L Scuff

We can only hope they find something like that on Mars, I'd be excited. On a side note, I entered the State Fair photo contest and got a 2nd place for my Kiva/lightbeam shot, really should have taken first, not sure what they were thinking ; ) My Monument Valley photo took Judges choice, and my Teton Barn shot got an honorable mention, they placed it in the wrong category by mistake which screwed me but still pretty happy. First time I've entered one of these things. Scuff, you blow my mind every time you post. Your processing is terrific. I wish I could process B&W's as well as you ; ) Do you use a lot of dodging and burning to get that effect? Thanks for your kind comments. A lot of pre Monochrome processing goes on with the colour file before I even get near Silver efex. Often contrast and colours are boosted beyond what would be acceptable for a colour image, but it works well when converted. Scuff

I agree with Rob, that palm tree shot is sweet! I haven't shot a damn thing since I've been home. However, I finally get to process things that I never got around to while traveling. I think was 3 shots stitched. David Arbogast wrote in post #16231411 ![]() ^Jordan, you make epic photography seem routine. Awesome breathaking primeval looking scene! I wish there was a touch more of the vertical framing rock/cliff on the left side. All in all your photo goes to eleven. ![]() Wonderful Bianchi; love that color! ![]() Thanks all... I had the pleasure of playing with the 17 & 24 tse for a week, and I am still not sure which one I will go with. What are your thoughts on the two. ![]() 5C7A7115 (C) All Rights Reserved ![]() ![]()
