First product shoot with the M, had to do it in the backyard because I haven't set up my studio in my new house yet. I never actually had one in the old one either but now I get to lol

Lazy quick photoshop edit, I'll do a full edit tomorrow.

560 Yongnuo in the softbox, 1/4+2/3 power
4 feet away (main light)

42" reflector
2.5 feet away (fill light)

One of those generic $10 flashes(GN 18m), full power.
3.5 feet. (rim light)

EOS M + 22mm at 5.6, ISO 100,1/200
It was actually missing focus a little bit.
I couldn't find my modeling lights so it was just off the assist beam, managed to get it done but just not as sharp as it could have been.

Nice pics but doesn't the hand cause vignetting or something?

I wish I had that combo. What you use for the support?

the hand doesn't cause any perceptible vignetting, though that's not the normal position anyway. i usually put my hand on top of the hood so i can press my whole forearm against the lens. but even then a couple fingers around the end don't affect the photo at all.

I have a manfrotto 680b holding it up.

Question about Canon 5D Mark III

I just purchased a brand new Canon 5D Mark III. Looks untouched and the shutter count was recorded as "0". I noticed the following in the Exif file:

1. Author name is Hani Jarer whom I do not know.
2. Owner Name is Blanc

Can you please advice me whether their is any question of the camera being second hand? I paid UD$ 2780 only the body.
Reseller is willing to change but I am located in Kuwait and need to travel to Dubai after spending USD 400

^ That is very cool! The grey in the top right should probably be removed, though.

This is not the "place" for asking for this kind of advice! You could check the Marketplace, the EOS Cameras sub-forum, or the General Discussion sub-forum...

This flash unit thing was only used because it had a red led on it. Put tape in a loop above the led to diffuse it some.

Result after 25 seconds. (Flash goes off then I spun the red led around Orko)
