Is just amazing how simple things are seen with this lens. Now it is my walk around lens along with a 24-105 L, just in case. Here D5-II @ f1.2, 1/320 ISO 100.

My 'in case' 24-105L finally die in March, and it'll not be replaced.

I'm using 24L II and 85L II as walk-around past 2-3 years. Can't be more happier.

For a long time I used the 35L and 85L, but now it's Sigma 35 (wayyyy better than the 35L) and the 85l :D

Hmm... that's exactly the same set up as me - just two lenses; Sigma 35 and 85L. Between them they seem to do everything I need :)

The 85L doesn't get as much playtime as I'd like - I can't seem to get the AF right on my 5Dmk2; it needs different micro adjusts at diffent distances and different lighting conditions to get perfect focus wider than about f2.8, so I end up manuall focusing in live-view which sucks a lot of the fun out of it, but I'll be upgrading to 5Dmk3 v soon and I've heard good things about the 85L and 5Dmk3, so fingers crossed :)
