as it is it's very abstract I don't think it really captures the dancing in the streets vibe. If it were fully body shots of the dancers with this type of effect on their feet then I'd say yes or sure. As it is though sorry but no 4/10

Excellent, the clouds really make it

Maybe a slightly tighter crop would be better though so you could see the moon better

Man ... I don't know if I've ever gone a 10 / 10 before. And there may be several shortcomings I'm not even noticing. But even though I don't often like HDR looking shots, this came out so cool looking, it's a 10 / 10 for me at least.

6/10 interesting subject but the fact her feet are cut off is distracting as is the fact the background and most of the whites are blown.
