The 1st is exposed really well, though the pose is a little awkward to me. Something that I'm always forgetting to do myself, watch out for those hair ties! Women leave them around their wrists all the time and I forget to check to take them off.

The 2nd is great as well, maybe add a little contrast and crop tighter on the head. Too much negative space at the top.

Well done!

I'm not too crazy about the crops. First looks like you cropped through the knee and the 2nd is between the elbow and hands. Makes for an odd look.

In the first the background seems to bright. I would have tried to find something a little less blown to shoot unto.
And the second seems soft. Given not every image needs to be 100% in focus, but I can't really find anything in focus in the second.
