Great shot! What sort of shutter speed would be needed to get a shot like this? Something not too long, to get the streaking in the foam but still retain the wave structure in the background?

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

Hi! I use from anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 second to achieve that texture on the water. On this particular shot it was 1/3s.
Cheers!
