Looking at the histogram on this one it looks like the dynamic range in the scene might work without HDR.

Actually, there's every little difference between the HDR and the RAW image. It was underexposed which tends to saturate colours

As far as the exposure goes, it looks natural to me. The blue channel does look a little over saturated though and I would probably dial it back a tiny bit. But, that can happen easily on non blended images as well.
